Therapy

Working with a therapist can be extremely helpful for individuals of all ages.

Children

Beth Taylor works to create a relationship with her clients based on trust and mutual respect.  She utilizes elements of play and drama therapies with children. She incorporates theories from both developmental and behavioral psychology.

Adolescents

Adolescence is a unique time in human development, and individuals in this age group often need time to build trust. Once the adolescent is ready, Beth utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques as well as some techniques from Gestalt psychology.

Adults

Taylor has a small number of blocks for adult therapy clients, with whom she incorporates techniques from cognitive behavioral and gestalt theories of therapy.
