Green Mountain Psychology PLLC accepts Care Credit. We offer promotional financing for evaluations. Interest is deferred for 12 months; if the amount is fully paid within 12 months time then no interest is paid!
Deferred interest will be charged if the balance is not paid within 12 months. Please ask if you have questions.
Health Insurance
Green Mountain Psychology accepts Vermont Medicaid. In order to bill insurance, we need:
- Your Medicaid number
- A referral from you medical provider.
We also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. Pre-authorizations for testing may be required; it must be received before testing is scheduled.
